It’s true, when you’re really really motivated, ambitious and driven….you’re also often dissatisfied.
Dissatisfied with results, with timing, with progress, with yourself, with others…because you have places to go and things to accomplish.
So, how can we remedy this common symptom of ambition?

Here’s the thing, we all get reallllllllly hung up on the destination and forget about the journey to get there.
The raw truth is this though, if we cannot enjoy the journey we will not enjoy the destination when we arrive either.

Women are a unique and fabulous group, especially when it comes to business and entrepreneurship. We have a unique approach too, because we want to “have it all” and we believe we can. Many women (myself included long ago) are making the switch into entrepreneurship to take back our lives, finances, freedom and self worth.

My biggest lesson in patience came to me from a likely but unanticipated place…my daughter Winslowe. She is my first child and came with many many many (did I say many?) valuable lessons. For me, the most valuable has by far been the patience she has taught me in life.
